Troubleshooting

If you’re having problems getting Zoom installed or started, take a look at the “Install” section of the Release Notes or the “Troubleshooting” section of the Quick Start Guide.

Request Evaluation License

If your target machine is not connected to the internet, submit a request for an evaluation license.
